UppMarketSG is a Singaporean brand of real estate content creation and marketing services represented by independent Real Estate Salespersons (RES) from various Estate Agencies, fully licenced with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) Singapore. RES we introduce will provide services according to our specifications as advertised. They are, however, individually responsible for performing their duties in compliance with the Estate Agents Act. UppMarketSG shall not be held liable for any breaches committed by any RES and; any claims/complaints shall be directed to the respective RES' Estate Agent.
