Basic commission of 1.2% for property sales*

Minimum commission of S$6,880 applicable

0.5% add-on for transactions involving a co-broke agent - optional (for private properties)

9% GST is charged on all commission payable.

*Note: For certain properties we assess to require more resources to market and sell, we may charge a higher Basic Commission and/or Co-Broke Agent rate. Any such higher rates will be quoted upfront to you. However, rest-assured that ALL HDB flats and 90% of private properties do not fall within this category. Please further note that in cases where we are not appointed as an exclusive agency, we may charge a different basic commission rate.
